160.5 on the scale. 30 minutes on the treadmill, 2.3 miles, 4.6, 100/70.
What weird shifts on the scale lately. I'll take that 160.5, don't get me wrong, but what a weird jump.
Didn't sleep well last night unfortunately. And I'm up relatively early and rearing to go oddly enough, so it was good to expend some of the energy on the treadmill.
Looking forward to tonight's road trippage. There's just something about having nothing to attend to but the long open road and your iPod. I'm sorry, but that's livin'. The boy's have lotsa books packed and ready, and we'll be hitting the road around 5:15 or so.
Cell phone will be on, and I'll be accessible via e-mail. Will report as we go!
