169.5 on the scale. 75 minutes or so on the walking path, 5.5 miles, 4.6 approximately, 150/70.
Me and the boys went for a walk after a homemade taco dinner, I on foot and they on bike. Cory got a new bike befitting his size, so Cole got upgraded to Cory's old bike, and all are suited to their recreational mode of transportation again.
Since I didn't get to walk this morning, this felt good. Got the pith out from sitting all day at Flashbelt (which so far has been good!).
Anyway, I'm gonna get the kids ready for bed, then I'm gonna have to get up early to get another project ready to show tomorrow for Target. Tonight, I relax.
