Day 226 - Bulking Up For Winter? Already?

163.0 on the scale. 14 miles biking on the paths, 150/0. The guns needed a break. :)

Gotta lose about 5 pounds. I'm slipping.

actually, I think 160ish is a good goal. 163 is fine!!!

what you're really slipping on is blog posts. Way to catch up though!

Easy up on the liquid refreshments and the extra lbs. will melt. But you always look good to Mama!
