Treadmill Report

45 minutes on the treadmill. 3.4 miles, 4.6, 100/70.

Another riveting episode of Heroes tonight. Unfortunately though, I learned there are no new episodes until April 23rd. That's a heap-long time.

However, that gives those of you who have not seen it a chance to get caught up, perhaps. Maybe they'll re-run the other episodes? Maybe they're using the time slot to debut that new Jeff Goldblum series, which looks like it also worthy of extra-curricular treadmillage.

We'll see.
