159.5 on the scale. About 6 miles on the walking path in the evening with the kids in tow, not sure how fast or how long we were out, but it was nice to get out. Oh, and 150/100.
Jo-Anne got home tonight, and when we got back from the walk we were surprised to find her sitting front of the TV on the couch, relaxing.
I missed the morning sessions for Flashbelt on account of work again, but the last two were really good. I went to the motion graphics guy (who was amazing) and then the Code Cosmos presentation, where the guy demonstrated a great deal of flash ecosystems he'd created based on algorithms that create amazing pieces of art.
Anyway, it was a good day. :)
