159.5 on the scale. 5.0 miles running on the path, 1 of them walked, and 150/100.
Was happy to see a number under 160 again. I was concerned after the extended "fair diet" I've been on that I was gonna have to open an account on weightwatchers.com again.
Good thing, just have to watch my p's and q's a little bit more, which I'm doing.
Man, I feel WAY better today, more my usual sparkly self – exercising in the morning is the way to go.
I'll probably be "back-posting" some of the days I missed. There's some good stuff in some of them, with pictures so stay tuned!
