A Whole Freakin' Truckload of Makhani Goodness

I LOVE chicken makhani.  I love making Indian food and usually just wing it by sauteing some veggies and/or meat and pouring a jar of Patak's sauces on top of everything, but they just don't have Makhani.

Tikka Masala?  Yes.  Vindaloo?  Yes.  Korma Curry?  Youbetcha.

Makhani?  No.

At least not in the stores I shop in.  So I set out to find a recipe to finally make it myself and quadrupled it, so that I can make chicken and daal makhani to my hearts content.

THAT's what I'm doing at midnight on a Tuesday.

Indeed, it was! And half the truckload is in my freezer for enjoying again. :)
