Day 18 - Holdin' Steady

177.5 on the scale. 30 minutes on the treadmill, 2.2 miles, 4.5, 100/70.

Was hoping to see a half-pound drop, but no such luck! However, a couple things hit me:

1) When I hit 175, I get 2 points less to eat per day. :(
2) When I hit 175, I'll be a third of the way! :)
3) I'm a poet, and didn't know it.

No need to report for Jury Duty again this morning. Have to call in at 12:15, hopefully for the last time.

Good progress. And I made no snarky remarks on beer exception. I'm making progress with you.

How many point losses happen over time? You lose 2 at 175, but are there further deductions as you go?

Snarky remarks are fair. They keep me on a treadmill.

No more points reductions unless I were aiming to get under 150, and that sho' ain't gonna happen. I'm not trying to get in the prom dress again.

Here's the breakdown, according to current weight:

Less than 150 pounds = 20 Points
150 to 174 pounds = 22 Points
175 to 199 pounds = 24 Points
200 to 224 pounds = 26 Points
225 to 250 pounds = 28 Points
250 to 275 pounds = 30 Points
275 to 300 pounds = 31 Points
300 to 325 pounds = 32 Points
325 to 350 pounds = 33 Points
Over 350 pounds = 34 Points

You also get another 35 extra points to spend throughout the week if you want, and get additional points from excercise.

As long as you make smart choices, points allowances generally won't leave you hungry. Just sayin'.
