163.0 on the scale (yikes!). 10.75 miles biking on the path, 150/100.
Not much to report today other than the end of the day saw me rushing to get to a new families reception at the kid's new school, and on the way to the car the skies opened up and completely soaked me. I mean sopping wet soaked.
So I was a damp dad for the short reception. Thank goodness it was short.
The other thing to report, Heroes season premier was tonight, and it was TASTY! Brilliant writers, I'm tellin' ya.
